Hi Everyone, I’m so glad you're here! My name is Randi Willard, the creator and founder of Charcuterie By Randi. I work as a Registered Behavioral Technician Training Coordinator, I absolutely love my career! I graduated from Salisbury University with my Bachelors degree in social work in May of 2021. I will start my graduate school program in January of 2022 to pursue my masters degree in behavioral analysis. 

 

I reside in the beautiful Catoctin Mountains, where my partner and I recently bought our home. We live there with our two dogs, Willow and Gus. When I’m not running my business or playing with my dogs you can catch me tending to my plant collection. 

 

Charcuterie By Randi was born in October of 2021! My partner and I attended a wedding for our family. He was the best man and I was looking for a way to be helpful. I was placed on snack duty for the wedding party while getting ready. I created two charcuterie tables. Long story short I fell in love and now we have Charcuterie By Randi. 

 

I strive to keep my boards fresh, flavorable, and works of art. I have 5 years of restaurant experience/ customer service skills, and am very excited to serve our community. My dream would be to open my own charcuterie store front in downtown Frederick, MD. For now I am operating out of a shared kitchen space located at 300 E. Second St. Frederick, MD 21701.
